Did Mr Krombach suffer harm or financial losses when he was kidnapped by Mr Bambierski ant transported to France? 
In your opinion should the French authorities treat Mr Krombach as a victim of a criminal offence and remove him back to Germany or should they treat him as a potential perpetrator and detain him in the country due to the standing Arrest Warrant? 
Could Mr Krombach seek financial compensation from Mr Brambierski if this had happened in your country and if so how would the extent of the compensation be quantified?
If the authorities decide to keep Mr Krombach in the country in spite of the fact that he was kidnapped would France become liable or acquire contributory liability for the harm suffered by Mr Krombach
