My complaint was that I and my spouse have two priority passes (Deepak Bisht, holder of the primary card and Uma Negi, holder of the add-on PP card) and when we tried to enter Aspire Lounge number 41 in Amsterdam, only one person could enter because both the cards have the same number. However, per your terms and conditions, primary and add-on cards can both enter simultaneously as long as they are in possession of the cards. The front desk executive then marked one of the visitors as a guest, saying there should be no charge because we both had cards. My only ask in this email is that no guest charges should be levied on my credit card because both guests had their own cards, it is the communication gap between HDFC, Priority Pass and Longue due to which a cardholder is marked as a guest in the visit. This has also been acknowledged by your escalation team in the email below. "Kindly also note our participating lounges are third-party service providers and are not owned or operated by Priority Pass. The staff of the participating lounges do not possess the personal or account information of your customers, as well as their Priority Pass membership status. Therefore, the Aspire Lounge (No. 41) followed one membership card number per person during check-in and declined when the staff found duplicate cards." I am attaching the boarding pass for proof of travel. If you would like to reach me, Kindly call me at +14379726736 after 2 PM IST or send an email.
