It would be fair to say there is a racial bias in dating, but it is WRONG to say that equates to racism.

Just an observation: Perhaps the reason black females respond the most is because they are also ignored the most. When you send out 10 messages and get 1 response, then you’re more likely to answer 9 messages when you receive 10.

Alternatively it could also be that the reason white males ignore most messages is because they already receive an adequate amount of responses to the females they’re sending messages to.
