Using litigations case vocabulary - try to think about a case you have recently dealt with and use the following input to describe it 

- the parties - litigants or just parties at the pre-litigation stage and what it concerns /charges and prosecution 
- the key facts that have been established and are undisputed by the parties 
- the key legal issue in the instant case and the domicile of the parties
- what are the key arguments of the prosecutor or the plaintiff 
- who is the opposing party and what are their key arguments and how easy or difficult would they be to rebut 
- what is the governing legal source 
- what are the key questions the court has to test 
- what are the options open to the parties 
- what is the likely outcome of the case 
- is the case pending, has a hearing been listed or held
has any decision been issued or has evidence been tested 
have the parties delivered opening speeches/closing arguments
