I never thought that our *** life would just stop. Chalk me up as one of the 42%. I don’t believe a woman in her 30s is old by any means. Actually, I believe a person is old when they choose to be or when their bodies simply can’t keep up with their wishes (i.e. an 95 year old might have some difficulty going hiking across country). Anyway, to answer the question in the article, no. I don’t compare my sexual life to any celebrity. Only to those that have *** on a regular basis. And only because I am not getting any lately. :( Capriccio72's avatar Capriccio72 wrote on February 17 2010 @ 08:04 pm: [report] People really compare their *** lives to celebrities’?? Huh. I can see where just about ANY comparison to celebrity life could lead to depression (aside from hiding from the Papparazzi, maybe). I do believe the economy might have something to do with that number of depressed women and possible lack of ***. Stress levels are higher, if the woman is out of work, working more to make up for loss of pay or husband or boyfriend out of work. The downturn in the economy may have led to more babies being born, initially and marraiges and hookups as an instinctual reaction to tough times but as it continues, it may be contributing to lack of *** or desire for it. Or, mmaybe us 30 something women have such high expectations put on us during our sexual peak and it just simply doesn’t seem to be all that it’s hyped to be?? :( I can totally relate to MadMax in that sometimes I don’t think I’m getting enough…but that isn’t just 30somethings, I’M SURE!! (and, sometimes, it seems like too much!!) And, you are REALLY RIGHT MADMAX when you say people FEEL old when their bodies can’t keep up with them. Being with a younger man makes me very aware of what I would LIKE or DESIRE to do and sometimes have difficulty, can’t or get mildly injured trying!! Funny, yes, but NO KIDDING. Getting older just sucks that way!!!
