It has nothing to do with it, the same problems were there way before Rap. It’s the community, lack of family structure and culture. Not music. Fix those three things instead of misdirecting people towards music. “They are invoking opposite explanations for the same observed phenomenon, namely: girls today have more motivation than their brothers. In fact, neither feminism nor patriarchy is to blame for this phenomenon.” Men = work for status to indirectly get Women. Women = work for freedom. Talk about digging your own hole! “Women don’t need us!!” – Who on earth wants to partner up with someone who is only there because they need your paycheck or protection from mice and spiders? (who are these woman who can’t kill a bug in the house?) Maybe these guys are a pretty dull, dreary bunch and they know at heart, no woman wants them as a life companion because they’re about as interesting as a stack of junk mail. I’d much rather live by myself than be saddled up with an old stick who has to monitor my every move, down to my reading material and what movies I watch. Some of the guys who blog on relationships and dating are the wimpiest bunch of babies; I thought it was women who wanted to “tie a man down,” get married, and act emotional? Things seem to have switched around. Something in the water?
